Simon Ndiku

Simon qualified in 1993 and joined the firm as a trainee in 1994. Because of his enduring interest in corporate services he has gained over 15 years in the field and now heads the department.

Simon also specialises in consultancy on company secretarial matters including company formation and business registration. He is currently pursuing his Certified Public Secretary (CPS) certication.


Qualifications:

Holds a BA Degree in Economics and Sociology from the Kenyatta University

Holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Managment from the Mombasa Polytechnic University.
