Nagin Shah

Nagin qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1978 and worked for two years with Pannel Bellhouse & Mwangi (now Ernst & Young) where he was as an Audit Senior. Together with Subhash Devani, they took over the firm then known as D. S. Trivedi & Co., in 1981. He specialises in corporate and personal taxation, auditing of manufacturing companies, company law matters, takeovers and receivership, liquidation and assurance services.

He is also experienced in financial management and general consultancy and also acts in advisory capacity in leisure industries like hotels, casinos and restaurants.
