Subhash Devani

Subhash has over 40 years experience in almost every facet of private sector accounting of which 4 years were prior to his qualification in the year 1974. Taking over the firm, then known as D. S. Trivedi & Co. in 1983, he has overseen the growth of the firm. He has a diverse portfolio of growing businesses and specialises in the corporate and personal taxation, company law matters, takeovers and receivership, liquidation and assurance services.

Subhash also acts in advisory capacity in leisure industries like hotels, casinos and restaurants. He was the past chairman of the coast branch of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.
