Vijay Malde

Vijay joined the firm as a Partner in 1986 after gaining a few years of invaluable experience with a "Big 4" practice, PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as a senior auditor and thereafter with a private sector as a financial controller.

Drawing upon a broad spectrum of skills and experience, he has provided accounting and auditing services, both corporate and personal taxation services, dealt with company law matters, handled takeovers, receiverships and liquidation of a variety of businesses in both public and private sectors.

A Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales

Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya

Member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya

Holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Henley Management College in the UK.
